Pain Management Specialists Offer Relief

Helping patients feel comfortable despite injury or illness is a priority at Central DuPage Hospital. The Pain Management Nurse Team assesses and provides pain relief measures for patients with chronic, acute or symptom-related pain.

Services

The Pain Management Nurse provides patient education to help patients learn to manage and ease their own pain. The nurse also acts as a resource to the patient care nursing staff and physicians for complex pain management issues.

The Team

The Pain Management Nurse Team is run by nurses with advanced training in the specialty of pain management.

Call for Relief

A physician order is not necessary for an inpatient Pain Management Nurse assessment. If you would like to speak to an Inpatient Pain Management Nurse, please inform your staff nurse or from outside the hospital, please dial 630-933-1311.
