Join the Central DuPage Medical Weight Management Program to get started on your journey to healthy weight loss and good health. Our medically supervised program is hospital based and consists of an initial consultation with a board-certified endocrinologist, registered dietitian and exercise specialist. An initial consultation with a psychologist specializing in weight loss and eating disorders is also available.
An initial assessment with our program will help to determine any underlying factors contributing to weight gain or an inability to lose weight. Our program combines treatment, education, behavior modification, ongoing motivation and routine follow up to help you reach and maintain your weight loss and fitness goals.
