Pediatric Sports Medicine
Pediatric sports medicine concentrates on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of sports-related injuries and medical conditions. The sports medicine specialists in the pediatric program, Lurie Children's at Cadence Health, provide comprehensive care for active children and teens as well as young, competitive athletes - doing everything to prevent injury and return the child to his/her activity.
Services
The sports medicine pediatric specialist treats children with conditions related to many types of activities, including sports and performance art (i.e. dance and music). Services include:
