The pediatric allergy/asthma/immunology specialists in the pediatric program, Lurie Children's at Cadence Health, treat children with:

Services
The team provides extensive treatment options, offering on-site, in-depth diagnostic testing and evaluation including:
- Allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots)
- Drug allergy testing and challenge
- Food patch testing for eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease
- Food challenge
- Laboratory evaluation of the immune system
- Local anesthetic allergy testing and challenge (lidocaine, bupivcaine, etc.)
- Pulmonary function testing (for asthma)
- Skin Testing (airborne – environmental, food, venom -bee, wasp stings)
- Testing for penicillin allergy
- Xolair (for severe asthma)

Patient visits are scheduled at the pediatric specialists' medical practice offices located off-site from the CDH campus.
