Epilepsy/Seizure Disorders

The Comprehensive Seizure and Epilepsy Program in the Neurosciences Institute at CDH uses a multidisciplinary approach to diagnose and care for patients with focal (partial) and generalized seizure disorders. Comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of seizure disorders is provided to  patients of all ages. The goals of the program are to dispel myths surrounding epilepsy, eliminate its symptoms, reduce side effects of treatment and help patients lead a more enjoyable life.

Advanced Diagnostic Services

  • Positron emission tomography (PET)
  • Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
  • Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Magnetoencephalography (MEG)
  • Electroencephalography (EEG)
  • Epilepsy monitoring
  • Long-term diagnosis of epilepsy (LTME)
