With the merger of Central DuPage Hospital and Delnor Hospital to form Cadence Health, we’re excited to announce that Central DuPage Physician Group is now named Cadence Physician Group.

You now have access to a local network of more than 125 primary care physicians and specialists, including your current doctor. Cadence Physician Group also offers more than convenient 35 locations throughout DuPage and Kane counties. Doctors are available in more than a dozen specialties, including cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and oncology.
