RehabTrack at Wynscape
RehabTrack at Wynscape is designed to restore independence and mobility for individuals recovering after hospitalization. Designed for short-term care, RehabTrack at Wynscape offers a patient-focused rehabilitation program with physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy services.
Located at the Wynscape Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, RehabTrack features a 63-bed unit for sub-acute care. Therapy is available six days per week to help patients recover as quickly as possible. When patients are ready to return home, our staff can guide patients and their families through community-based resources for continuing assistance as needed.

RehabTrack at Wynscape provides services to meet each individual’s personalized goals. Services include:

When needed, residents can receive additional medical services on-site from Central DuPage Hospital medical staff. These services may include:
