Weight Management Informational Session

Information sessions available at Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield, and Delnor Hospital, Geneva.

These sessions focus on general information regarding options for weight loss.  Topics include, Lap-Band®, Roux-en-Y (gastric bypass), sleeve gastrectomy, medical weight management, New Direction® nutritional weight control system and a question and answer segment with a weight management nurse clinician or a registered dietitian associated with Cadence Health Weight Management Services.  Adults only please.
