Our Culture

Culture at Central DuPage Hospital and our Affiliates

Our pledge and values define the culture at Central DuPage Hospital and at our affiliated organizations. They enable us to do more by helping us relate and respond to the patients in our care.

These values also nurture the relationships we hold with one another. They encourage us to evaluate our own performance and guide us to support the people who work beside us.

In strengthening our culture, we also look outside our own experiences for support. That’s why we adopted a set of principles from the Institute of Medicine to be guideposts for our organization.
