Education Assistance

Tuition Reimbursement

For Central DuPage Hospital employees who want to make more of their career, this program provides reimbursement for healthcare or job-related courses approved by Human Resources. Eligibility for this benefit begins after six months of employment. Employees must register with Human Resources before enrolling in an accredited school of choice.

Education Assistance for Full-Time Staff

  • 100% reimbursement up to $4,000/academic year

Education Assistance for part-time staff

  • 75% reimbursement up to $3,000/academic year

Grad Loan Forgiveness Program

CDH makes it easy for you to put more energy into your new career without worrying about student loans. For new graduates in an accredited associate's or bachelor's degree nursing program, the Loan Forgiveness Program provides reimbursement for tuition paid during the last year of nursing school. To qualify for this reward, you must successfully complete the interview process and submit letters of recommendation from two clinical instructors.
