At this time, CDH Convenient Care Centers are currently out of the Seasonal Flu and H1N1 vaccinations. We hope to receive another shipment in November.
Demand for the H1N1 vaccine is higher than the supply currently, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention assures that there will be enough vaccine for every person wanting to become vaccinated.
When back in stock, the H1N1 Vaccinations will be available to those who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention high risk category as follows:
• People living with an infant who is less than 6 months of age.
• Pregnant women.
• Health care or emergency medical personnel.
• People who are 6 months to 24 years of age.
• People who are 25 to 64 years of age with certain chronic medical conditions or a weakened immune system.
In accordance with recommendations from the CDC and local public health officials, CDH is vaccinating its employees to promote a safe environment for our patients.
