Tommie Harris Visits Forest Glen Elementary
7-year-old wins contest sponsored by Central DuPage Hospital and CBS Radio
WINFIELD, Ill., December 12, 2008 - Max Jackert, 7, of Glen Ellyn will have lifelong proof that he "measures up" with a mighty Chicago Bear. Max was the randomly selected winner in the "Chicago Bears Growth Chart Poster Contest" sponsored by CBS Radio and Central DuPage Hospital which was announced in September on Chicago Bears Radio WBBM 780 AM.
As the Grand Prize winner, Jackert had his photo taken with Chicago Bear Tommie Harris for inclusion in limited edition Growth Chart Posters. In addition, on Wednesday, December 17, Chicago Bear Tommie Harris will make an appearance at Jackert's school, Forest Glen Elementary (561 Elm Street, Glen Ellyn), where he will speak with the students on the importance of being healthy.
Participation in this program is a combined effort between CBS Radio and Central DuPage Hospital to encourage children to live healthy, active lives.
