WINFIELD, Ill., November 15, 2007 — Central DuPage Hospital is proud to announce its affiliated agencies Community Alliance (Aurora) and CNS Home Health & Hospice (Carol Stream) have been named to the 2007 HomeCare Elite for the second consecutive year. This list is a compilation of the most successful Medicare-certified home health care providers in the United States. This annual review identifies the top 25 percent of agencies, ranked by an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance.

Community Alliance additionally has been named a Top 500 Agency in the nation for 2007. The data used for this analysis was compiled from publicly available information.

“We applaud the success of all the providers named to the 2007 HomeCare Elite," said Bill Bassett, senior director of market strategy at OCS, Inc. “Being noted as one of the top performers in the nation in this very competitive environment shows that Community Alliance and CNS Home Health & Hospice are both dedicated to quality and performance.”

Carolyn K Pestrak, RN, BSN, director of Clinical Services for both agencies, credits competent clinicians and a commitment to excellence with the company’s ability to rank as one of the HomeCare Elite. “Most of our agencies’ success is due to the dedication and work of our staff partners.
