Community Open House: A Grand Opening event for the new Ambulatory Services Building at Central DuPage Hospital
Winfield, Ill., October 12, 2005 – Central DuPage Hospital is hosting a behind-the-scenes preview of its latest medical milestone, the new Ambulatory Services Pavilion (ASP). The doors will be open for all members of the community to tour and celebrate the ASP Grand Opening, on Sunday, October 23, from noon-5:00 p.m., Central DuPage Hospital Campus, 25 N. Winfield Rd, Winfield.
In addition to tours of the facility’s expansive Prairie style architectural features and advanced medical diagnostic and treatment centers, residents will the enjoy a wide variety of Open House activities and fall-themed celebrations, including: Child booster seat fitting stations, a Kids Corral Area with DJ, face-painting and story tellers; important medical resources and information booths; a bountiful array of refreshments and even prize drawings.
“We look forward to celebrating with our neighbors and encourage families with children, seniors and residents interested in top-tier health to get a first look at the state’s third largest hospital construction project,” said Liz Rosenberg, Vice President of Strategic Planning, Central DuPage Hospital. “The ASP is a major component in Central DuPage Hospital’s mission to become the region’s top tertiary care center, and we are so grateful for our community’s support during the development and construction of the ASP.”
