Student Contest with Chicago Athlete

Promotion sponsored by Central DuPage Hospital and CBS RADIO Chicago

WINFIELD, Ill., November 19, 2010 – As a part of the NFL sponsored program “Play60,” a national youth health and fitness campaign focused on increasing the wellness of young fans by encouraging them to be active for at least 60 minutes a day, Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) and CBS RADIO Chicago are sponsoring a contest to bring offensive lineman Roberto Garza to your child’s school.

Parents who visit www.cdhplay60.com may nominate their children — who must be enrolled in public or private school kindergarten through grade 8 — into the contest by 11:59 p.m., Sunday November 28, 2010. No purchase is necessary. One student will be selected at random to receive a personal visit at school from the Chicago football player. Garza, #63, will talk to the winner’s classmates about how he stays healthy to be strong and tough enough to compete in the NFL. All students from the winner’s school will also receive a NFL Play60 watch. Certain restrictions and limitations apply. See website for details.

Participation in this program is a combined effort between CBS RADIO Chicago and CDH to encourage children to live healthy active lives.
