Rick Davis VP HR CDH

Richard B. Davis, J.D., is Vice President of Human Resources for Cadence Health. He has been serving the organization since 2010.

Mr. Davis has more than 30 years of experience as an executive, consultant and legal counsel in all aspects of human resources management. Prior to joining Cadence, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical System in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Mr. Davis also served as Vice President of Human Resources at GN Resound North America, a global medical device company, and Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and HR systems for MedPartners/Caremark.

Mr. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in Government from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and a law degree from Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio.
