CDH Foundation appreciates gifts of any size. All donations – no matter how large or modest – help provide excellent healthcare for people in the community served by Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) and its affiliates. As a nonprofit community hospital, CDH depends on the support of caring people who share CDH’s commitment to providing nationally recognized medical care to people living in Chicago’s western suburbs.

If you prefer to donate by phone, we’ll be happy to answer any questions and take your credit card donation. Our normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
